At Beer Culture Travels, we meticulously select our vendors with care; however, we do not exercise control over or guarantee the actions, equipment, or operations of the individuals or entities providing accommodations, products, or other services in connection with your travel arrangements. Consequently, Beer Culture Travels does not accept responsibility or liability and shall not be held accountable or obligated to compensate for any injuries, damages, expenses, personal harm, property loss, inconveniences, or any other setbacks encountered during this tour related to travel or services offered by our suppliers. Beer Culture Travels' authority is restricted to its own staff, and we are solely responsible for the actions or omissions of our employees. Beer Culture Travels cannot be held responsible for losses that include, but are not limited to: (1) any deliberate, wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized actions or omissions on the part of service suppliers, their representatives, or non-directly controlled personnel; (2) any defects or malfunctions in vehicles, equipment, products, or services owned, operated, or utilized by suppliers; (3) any deliberate, wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized actions or omissions by parties not directly under Beer Culture Travels' control; (4) financial difficulties of a supplier leading to their failure to perform; or (5) any other circumstances, conditions, or events beyond the immediate control of Beer Culture Travels, without limiting the impact of the foregoing. While on the tour, you may be offered the chance to partake in various optional activities, such as water sports and athletic excursions. Beer Culture Travels has no influence over these activities and will not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, expenses, accidents, delays, inconveniences, or irregularities arising from or associated with such participation.

Beer Culture Travels operates with integrity and responsibility and will make every effort within our means to enhance your experience. Please note that we do not control the pricing, reservations, or booking policies of our suppliers, and while we will strive to uphold these aspects, we cannot guarantee them. All quoted prices are subject to change if suppliers raise their rates, if there is significant devaluation of the U.S. dollar against foreign currencies, or if fuel surcharges, government taxes, or user fees are imposed. You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Beer Culture Travels reserves the right to remove any tour member from the group if their conduct is incompatible with the collective interests of the group as a whole. Retaining tickets, reservations, or final tour documents after they are issued by Beer Culture Travels signifies your consent to these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be received in writing to Beer Culture Travels, 150 2nd Street NE, Unit #304, Minneapolis, MN 55413, and are subject to the penalties listed on the individual tour’s information page.
